| This lovely saddle was bought with my horse but sadly now does not fit and is only for sale as I have bought a new one. Crafted in brown german leather it has a lovely look to it. In good average condition throughout (normal wear and tear) and used everyday on my hanoverian x tb gelding. Has been well maintained, cleaned and oiled reguarly. She is good in all ways – to catch, groom, lead etc. She loves to hack alone or in company and is good in traffic. However she can be strong and fizzy at times, although remains safe. She enjoys schooling and loves to jump. There will be an opportunity to have lessons and compete for the right person. | Jet is a neutured male black labrador. He is really sweet and gentle, absolutely great with kids and is coming up for three years old. He's vaccinated, micro-chipped, wormed and all that. I've always taken really good care of him and don't want to see him go but he's not having a brilliant life with me cos I'm hardly ever around and obviously I can't take him with me to university! He is pretty calm around the house but if you wanted to walk him for hours at a time then he would be happy to do it. He's a great dog but he's not happy with me anymore cos he's on his own too much of the time and he's very sociable. I've not been very fair on him with my working hours and uni. | The Herne Branch of the Pony Club (affiliated to the British Horse Society) has gone from strength to strength in 2005 and 2006 with memberships doubling over the course of the year and successes in team and individual eventing, show jumping, dressage and horse and pony care. The 2005 'horse and pony care' team took first place at the 'horse and pony care area competition' held at Goodnestone Court Equestrian Centre and then went on to achieve third place at the championships held in Sansaw Park in Shropshire out of not only pony club branches from the UK and Ireland but also teams from Canada and the USA. The 2006 team took first place at the 'horse and pony care competition' in April and the Herne branch are once again on their way to the championships in Shropshire at the end of August. Being a small branch all children get a great deal of input in all aspects horse and pony care, whether that be in any of the disciplines; showjumping, dressage, eventing, tetrathlon or prince Philip games or in learning to care for their horses and ponies through a series of tests and achievement badges. Each year the Herne branch arrange a fantastic 5 day residential summer camp.
